OS FEC Trains 202 & 101 Thursday February 6, 2014

David Gooden and I had made plans to see FEC202-06 & FEC101-06 as I witnessed that part of ATCS went out. Drat, but I knew when I last looked that FEC202-06 was at St. Lucie/Bougard, so I had an idea as to where he is. I was very tedious about where the meet would be...Palm Bay looked like it ready for it and the chances of it being in Micco felt like it was slim to none. As we get to 512WEST to see FEC202-06, I update the monitor to find that FEC101-06 was lined past Palm Bay and FEC202-06( with Micco South working ) was nearby. So we shoot up to Micco as we waited for him to come around the curve. The tracks slowly illuminate as 102 & CITX141 are seen....crawling....and ultimately to a stop. ECH pops his head out of the cab door as he greets us at the trackside. Caboose Junction are seen coming from Sebastian as ECH , Caboose Mikey & Caboose Anita greet one another. Bells ring at Micco Road as toots and waves are given from the crews and railfans as FEC101-06 shoots by with Champion720, Champion714 & 438LHF leading. A nice sized train of IM seen here with no ASHLEY as the EoT passes us at 5:23PM. ECH gives us a farewell and climbs back onto his train as the wheels start to move in to time at all. Mr. Jim gives Caboose Junctions waves as the monstrous horn is blow for Micco Road. Rock on top( with an FEC Operation Lifesaver hopper ) with IM following behind as autoracks,Tarmac box cars, and manifest is seen on the bottom. EoT at 5:34PM.

Get a good look at 102, as 100 - 107 will be leaving the FEC in March of this year.
The CITXs however will be staying...until their lease us up.

Maybe checking something in the CITX141.
