OS FEC Trains 101 & 202 Thursday October 10, 2013
Looking at ATCS Monitor and judging the space between FEC202-10 & FEC101-10, I had my eyes set for the meet in Micco, but I had to quickly go to Gifford because it just seemed like it would be the right place for a meet. Sure enough the dispatcher had FEC101-10 going around FEC202-10 on the passing track at Gifford as FEC202-10 will chill out on the main. Near the old Fellsmere Railroad, I just love the view that this area has to offer. 104 comes from behind the trees sounding it horn with Champions176 & 703 trailing behind as this good sized train of IM wells and flats roll through Sebastian. EoT at 5:28PM. Meet in Gifford complete as FEC202-10 has the line up to cross Gifford North, but it doesn't take long for him to reach me. ECH putting his safety vest over his face as he waves to me from the 107 & the 704 as they lead FEC202-10. Rock on top with IM rollind behind as autoracks, manifest and more autoracks are seen on the bottom. EoT at 6:02PM.
