OS FEC Trains 101 & 202 Monday September 16, 2013
What a cloudy day it is as the sun hides its face. ECH gets out the cab just in time to wave to me from the 100 & the 710 as him & Jim take FEC101-16 south to Hialeah. Nothing but IM and wells on this 9,600 foot train as the EoT passes me at 6:40PM. Meeting with FEC202-16 in Fort Pierce, he doesn't come out on the main until an hour later and night has fallen quickly. I bike up to the old Truman Street crossing as the parking lot light behind me light up the train a bit. Toots given from the CITX142 as Champions 715 & 720 trail behind. Tubs and tanks on top with WalMart and mixed IM following behinds and wells and Autoracks are seen on the bottom. EoT at 8:21PM.
