OS FEC Train 202 & 101 Friday September 20, 2013
No thunderstorm in the forecast as I watch The Weather Channel and ATCS Monitor. For both of these hotshot trains, they will prepare to say hello to each other in Micco. Gates at 512EAST come down as 104 & 101 lead FEC202-20. In order: Rock, intermodal, autoracks and deadloads. Simplicity in a train I must say as an elder BNSF box car marks the EoT at 5:57PM. Moving up to 512WEST as FEC101-20 rolls across the aligned switch at Micco South as I ready up my iPad and camera. Toots are given from the Champion714( I wonder what horn it is ) as Champion715 & 415LHF are seen trailing behind. Nothing but intermodal, flat and wells seen going south as the EoT passes me at 6:20PM.
