OS FEC Trains 101 & 202 Fri. July 12, 2013
Rain.......the most hated weather condition from any railfan. With the meet set for FEC101-12 & FEC202-12 in Gifford, I head out to the switch at MP214.9 as I catch CITX142 & 105 leading FEC101-12. Autoracks on top with a cement hopper and rock hoppers following behind as IM is seen on the bottom. EoT at 5:50PM. Meet in Gifford complete as I shoot down to join Caboose Mikey for FEC202-12. Rain starts to drizzle but doesn't become torrential as the headlights of FEC202-12 come around the corner. Toots and waves are given from the 100 & the 418LHF as rock is seen on top with cement hoppers, IM following behind with no autoracks as deadloads are seen on the bottom. EoT at 6:27PM.
