LORAM Rail Grinder Tue. July 9, 2013
After seeing FEC210-09, I head up to WalMart to watch this baby in action: the LORAM Rail Grinder. My friend Dominick told me that "the trains do sound different over freshly grinded rail." Green light on the signal facing north as the double red is seen on the signals facing south. The LORAM Rail Grinder cruises by me at WalMart as I try to pace him down US1 on my bike. Epic Fail. I didn't even catch up with him until I turned on CR512WEST to go home as I catch up with him, backing up over the switch at MP214.9. EoT at 9:40AM.
