OS FEC Trains 202 & 101 Thursday January 2, 2014
Starting the new year with train FEC202-02, it is surprisingly warm today as he approaches Bougard. Near MP216, toots and waves are given from the 100 & CITX142. IM on top with autoracks following behind as manifest is seen on the bottom, mainly tanks. EoT at 4:28PM. Meet in Pineda complete as I soon meet up with my friend Matthew Gooden with a flat tire. I repair it for him ans I asked him to join me to see the 13,000 foot FEC101-02. He agreed to join as we head up to Main Street to see him. Gates come down as FEC101-02 is seen with Champion72, 709 & Pinky436LHF leading this long train of IM. EoT at 6:39PM.
